3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MOTIONDESK LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the MotionDesk Panel software and tools for personal and commercial projects.

You MAY:

  • Use the tools in client work and commercial projects
  • Use the tools in YouTube videos, social media content, and other creative works
  • Use the tools across multiple projects
  • Modify and customize the output created with our tools

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the tools as standalone products
  • Share your license key or account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Use the tools in any illegal or harmful manner
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the software

4. Subscriptions and Payments

MOTIONDESK LTD offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions provide access to all tools and future releases.

  • Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you choose (monthly, 6-month, or yearly)
  • Payment is processed through our authorized payment processor (Gumroad)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Gumroad account
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period after cancellation

5. Refund Policy

MOTIONDESK LTD offers refunds under specific conditions. Please review our complete Refund Policy for detailed information on eligibility and the refund process.

In summary, refunds are available if:

  • Request is made within 14 days of purchase
  • You haven't downloaded more than 5 premium tools
  • You haven't used any tools in published or commercial projects

All content, features, and functionality of MotionDesk Panel, including but not limited to the software, tools, graphics, logos, and documentation, are owned by MOTIONDESK LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
