At MOTIONDESK LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of MotionDesk Panel. We understand that our software may not be the right fit for everyone. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available.
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is made within 14 days of your original purchase date
- You have not downloaded more than 5 premium tools from your account
- You have not used any MotionDesk Panel tools in published or commercial projects (this includes YouTube videos, client work, social media content, or any monetized content)
- You purchased directly through our official payment processor (Gumroad)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- Request made after 14 days from the purchase date
- More than 5 premium tools have been downloaded
- Tools have been used in any published or commercial projects
- The purchase was made through an unauthorized reseller
- Subscription has been active for more than one billing cycle (for monthly plans)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to motiondesk.mail@gmail.com
- Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- Include the email address used for the purchase
- Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 3-5 business days. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed through our payment processor (Gumroad) within 5-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Gumroad account. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- After your subscription ends, you will still have access to the free tools
Cancellation of your subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Refunds are only available under the conditions stated above.
Changes to This Policy
MOTIONDESK LTD reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Changes will apply to purchases made after the policy update date.
